Hello my friends I hope you are all well and surviving in this ever depressing world in which we all live. Firstly I apologise for the delay in getting news to you, there is a very good reason, honestly.

A while back I was involved in a car crash which needed some time in hospital with injuries to my neck and back. Unfortunately in didn’t end there, at first I couldn’t play the guitar, then the voice went then I couldn’t move a muscle in my neck or back so’ that’s why I have not been at the computer.
I must be honest I shit myself! I had several trapped nerves or something in my neck playing havoc with my voice and the nerves into my arms and fingers I have not been able to do a thing for months for fear of ending up unable to sing or play the guitar and the pain man you don’t want me goin’ on about the pain…….

Finally I got to see someone who could fix the problem in the shape of Doctor Chiu at The California Spine Institute. After diagnosing the problem he got to work on my spine with his laser and sorted it!
The voice is back, the guitar should take another couple of weeks and it will be right as rain. Thank you Doctor Chui!

I haven’t been completely idle though, I have written a shit load of songs, words and music and the arrangements haven’t played them yet so lets hope they turn out as well as I think they should.
I have nearly finished the rest of my book “Illegal Alien…Porn In The USA”
I have been working on a load of designs for something that will be announced later in the year nearer the time.
I have finally been able to finish a painting of my dearly missed friend the late Ian Copeland. The painting was taken from a photograph from his days when he served in the army in Vietnam and was presented to his daughter Chandra a couple of days ago.
Finally, I have just finished filming a movie where I play a rather evil character!! Again more details will follow shortly and a clip will be posted right here folks so’s you can have a look!
Sorry one more thing, I will very soon be out and about gigging! That’s been the real killer, not being able to perform, it’s just the best thing you can do! It’s the best buzz ever!!
So I will be posting news about all the bits not covered wholly above in the coming weeks.

Six tracks from Dean's forthcoming album '...i want more' were given the bump and grind treatment from the girls at 'THE BODY SHOP' on the strip in LA, a great way to experience Dean's music, I'd recommend it to everybody booze, bombs and birds!

LOSSLESS DOWNLOADS FROM DEAN GET ROCK CLUBS SEAL OF APPROVAL

Dean's revolutionary lossless downloads which dwarf anything else available to download through the net, have been given the seal of approval by three of the most famous rock and alternative clubs on the planet, The Krazy House in Dean's home town of Liverpool England, The Viper Rooms and The Rainbow in Los Angeles California USA were given Cd's with bit-rates up to 1100. JJ, Blitch, and Casper the respective DJ's at the aforementioned clubs were well impressed to say the least, JJ from the Krazy House said "the difference was amazing, it's like listening to vinyl on CD, it blows the roof off without ripping your ears apart fuckin boss!" so after it being listened to in the car, at home through the stereo and TV, on the radio and in the clubs you can all rest assured this formula works it may take a bit longer to download but it's well worth the wait, as one DJ said "the difference is like having a wank to a long slow fuck", you work it out.

VIDEO SHOOT FOR HEAVEN IS A PROMISE

Dean has just completed the filming of his video for ‘Heaven is A Promise’ in a renowned theatrical location in Hollywood which will remain a secret for now. Dean filmed the video in his own inimitable avante guarde style so expect more controversy when it is released.

RADIO AIR PLAY!

Dean is getting radio airplay on Juice fm 107.6, Tom Byrne's 'The A Train' Sunday evenings at 11pm.
Tom played Dean as a TRIPLE TRACKER being 'It Hurts', 'Remember Us 3:14' and 'Heaven is a promise'. He promises to play 'Remember Us 3:14' every FA Cup weekend and on April 15th the anniversary of the Hillsborough tragedy. In the past 4 weeks Dean has been played several times back to back with some of the hottest bands around now and the biggest iconic bands of the past, the best one for Dean personally has been 'Cliché' being played back to back with 'Sergeant Pepper'.

WORLD EXCLUSIVE FOR 'IT HURTS' ON LIVERPOOL'S JUICE FM'S 'THE A TRAIN'

Dean's new single 'IT HURTS' was given 'WORLD EXCLUSIVE STATUS’ on Liverpool's JUICE FM'S immensely popular 'THE A TRAIN' hosted by Tom Byrne who really bigged up the track and Dean, predicting massiveness and greatness in the process and making Dean the featured single on the show, as an added bonus 'CLICHÉ closed the show being played back to back with 'SGT. PEPPER' in the popular six in the mix section, this is the third outing for 'CLICHÉ on the show! it was replayed because it had such a great reaction on the previous weeks show.

The Chicago based radio show is syndicated to 12 different American states.'MANCOW' hosts the breakfast show and is arguably the most listened tobreakfast DJ across America. Dean's music is played throughout the morning,linking segments and seeping into people's unconscious.

Target use 'Cliche' as the soundbed for their summer music room on AOL

Target, one of the largest USA retail chains, has chosen 'Cliché' to be the soundbed of their new music store. Receiving millions of hits over thesummer, this has been an exciting platform for new listeners to discover Dean's music.

Red Bull use 7 of Dean's tracks on their Air Challenge

Dean's tracks have been aired on international TV on Red Bull's Air Challenge. Along with being played at their live air shows across the globe. Dean's music is also featured on 2 Red Bull DVDs – ‘X-Fighter Moto Cross’ and ‘Airpower ‘05’, both released worldwide.

MTV Europe play banned video 'Cliche'

The groundbreaking ballbusting banned video for Cliché finally saw the light on MTV Europe after it was banned by MTV, Scuzz and You Tube. ‘Cliché’ has a BBFC 18 Rating and was edited by one of the brains behind the Guinness ads. The ‘Cliché’ video has been described as a work of art and a piece of genius.

Dean's videos reach the Number 1 and 2 positions on Media Lab

'Cliché' and 'Inside' topped the Media Lab charts on 13th October. How many other acts can claim to have held the top two positions?

Cliche soars up chart on You Tube

The "Cliché" video was soaring up the chart on You Tube with over 25,000 views in just a few hours with an average of 9.5. AS soon as it neared the top it was banned it for its violent sexual content! Freedom of the net hey!

Hollywood Burlesque act using Dean's material in routine

'The Pinkaboos' LA based burlesque act are using 'Beautiful' from Dean's album '...I Want More'as the Finale to their show. They requested the track specifically for its impact and have found the reaction unbelievable. They are performing this routine at various places around Hollywood, including the notorious Viper Room.
